Hi, my name is Jenny. I’m a stay at home mother of two little boys age 1 and 6. I decided to take control over my health and fitness when my little one was 6 months. Feeling stressed, ugly, tired, and fat weighing at 236. I started to do Insanity Max 30 and with the support of other women in an online challenge group I lost 14 lbs my first round of that program. 
I struggled with my nutrition for a while. Then I began to make excuses for myself. I’m too busy, I need to eat sufficient food because I’m still breastfeeding. Although I never gave up on pushing play and working out everyday, I ate too many carbs and very little veggies and fruits. My weight didn’t change much for months. 6 months I went on with this struggle. 
Beginning my fitness journey in May 2015 my weight was at 236 lbs. December 31, 2015 my weight was at 213 lbs.

Today- January 1, 2016, is a new beginning to make anything you dream of possible. This WILL be my year. No more excuses, no more falling in the temptation of making unhealthy choices.
